Leadership Red Rock is getting a refresh!
Applications are OPEN for the 2027 Leadership Red Rock class, but we're not quite ready to show you everything that's coming.
Leadership Red Rock is entering a new chapter, with a reinvention of the program currently in the works. The goal? To create an even more meaningful leadership experience for the people helping shape Marion County's future.
Here's what we can tell you:
• Five-session leadership development experience
• January–May 2027
• Built for professionals in business, nonprofit, education, service and government
• Opportunities to connect with leaders from across the county
• Conversations around the issues shaping our communities
• Time for professional growth, personal reflection and leadership development
Cost:
The tuition for Leadership Red Rock is $300 per individual or $700 for a team of three participants from the same employer. Participants accepted into the class will be invoiced following their selection. The tuition fee is non-refundable. Tuition includes: seminar materials, speaker fees, snacks, and polo shirt. Some employers are willing to pay for the tuition costs as part of their employee training budget.
Participants are expected to attend all sessions. Absences are allowed in cases of personal emergency, illness or unavoidable work conflicts. All session will be held in-person. There will not be a virtual option. In the event of hazardous weather conditions, sessions may be rescheduled, cancelled or moved to a virtual format. Should a participant miss more than one session, they will be ineligible for graduation. Please keep this in mind when applying.
